汇金网4月23日讯——基本面解析：上周五美国午盘时段公布了IMF公报，公报显示G20领导人达成协议承诺为IMF增资超过4300亿美元，同时IMF也承诺将进行管理改革，继英国，澳大利亚，新加坡和韩国表示将为IMF提供资金后，中国，印度，巴西和俄罗斯也承诺至少出资720亿美元，不过具体出资额仍没有最终确定，巴西财长表示金砖国家计划在6月底的G20会议上做出确切承诺，另外沙特阿拉伯承诺向IMF出资150亿美元。

G20公报上并没有提到美国和加拿大立场，看来美国和加拿大依然拒绝出资，另外日本方面日央行行长随后表示IMF防火墙仅仅是为欧元区改革拖延时间，IMF应给与日本在机构内应有的地位，不过其表示应有的地位不是指IMF常务董事的职位。增资后的IMF贷款能力将翻倍，增强了IMF应对全球挑战的能力，市场情绪有望继续改善，这可能会为风险货币和贵金属提供进一步支持。
