G20 France's Summit 2011

They protesting because they have nothing at their age, "Protests have already begun ahead of the summit in the Riviera resort of Cannes.  Thousands of people demonstrated in nearby Nice, calling for what they termed "social justice."  Their demands include a tax on financial transactions, more money for economic development and the elimination of tax havens. " ...can you blame them..

No... The people in Thailand are paying attention to their floods too bad because most of decisions will be made here in France will affect Thais lives.

Greece's prime minister won the backing of his cabinet on Wednesday to hold a referendum on a 130 billion euro bailout package but will find the stunned euro zone leaders who engineered the deal last week harder to convince.

G20 Summit in France

An update on the Summit in France, "At previous G20 and G8 summits, Obama has been able to cite financial system reforms enacted under his administration to demonstrate to other world leaders that the U.S. is working to stabilize its fiscal situation.

However, next week's summit will take place amid ongoing "Occupy Wall Street" demonstrations across the United States, in which people are protesting high unemployment, economic inequalities, and what they call corporate greed.

The president spoke about the protests, which have drawn attention overseas.

"The protesters are giving voice to a more broad-based frustration about how our financial system works," he said during his press conference on October 6th.

As he awaits the upcoming deficit-reduction decision by the supercommittee, Obama also continues to press lawmakers on legislation he says would create 1.9 million jobs.

Earlier this month, his American Jobs Act failed to obtain the 60 votes needed for passage in the Senate, with all Republicans voting against it. Congress earlier did approve free-trade agreements the president says will help the economy."

The Argument for The 99% Movement

The argument for the 99% Movement (Occupy Wall Street) people in Thailand is waiting the 300 baht a day  (1 dollar about 31 baht).......You need another reason.....One world...we are all in this together...we can not wait...
"A survey of the labour and business sectors is underway. Those businesses that are still affected and cannot recover quickly can request assistance from the government," he said, without elaborating on the "assistance".
"The ministry has taken steps to help flood affected workers, including a plan to fill 130,000 job vacancies and arranging 10day skills training sessions paying a Bt120 daily allowance. It was expected to see 15,000 applicants but could accommodate another 20,000.
Shortterm, 20day contracts paying Bt150 a day to around 23,000 workers had also been arranged, he added.
The House committee on social welfare yesterday held a joint meeting with Labour Minister Phadermchai Sasomsap to discuss measures to help floodaffected workers and minimise the chance of massive layoffs. Phadermchai said a fund will be set up soon to help employers pay Bt2,000 to workers for three months.
Fewer workers had been laid off than expected - 4,500 - from 15 companies in three provinces including hardhit Ayutthaya, he said." from the Nations Newspaper

Jobs Gates The Capitalistic Heroes of The G20

Following or Leading or going by Western Media critics, the book is a Capitalistic Hero from sourcing out to China to make sure of the cheapest price, only made in China is successful.

Compared to Gates, we have two heroes, it took awhile, the creative capitalism is also a huge success. A recent quote proves it.... “One thing with agriculture is once you get a boot strap it is a capitalistic market,” Gates said. “If you help a farmer with productivity and show them these new tools have positive returns, then it is something you can leave and you don’t have to keep funding them.”

The traditional view point in Thailand and the future 2020.
